Silvie's story

Silvie has been cooking Lebanese food her whole life — first for her own family, then at farmers markets, and for years as the kitchen behind Simply Mediterranean. The recipes here are hers: the falafel spice, the toum whipped until it’s cloud-soft, the baklava layered by hand.

This time her name is on the door. Mom and Dad run the counter day to day; the sons keep the lights on and the story straight. It’s a small place on purpose — a short menu, fried to order, made every morning — so that every plate tastes like it came from her kitchen, because it did.
